Come home to the body you live in.

A space to come home to. Somatics that moves with creativity — guided sessions where healing feels less like fixing and more like finding flow. Pause here, let the nervous system soften, and grow from a place of ease.

A woven nest — a soft sanctuary to pause, grow, and flow

What it is

What is somatics?

Somatics works with the body, not just the mind. It is guidance, not treatment: together we listen to the breath, the pulse, the small habits of tension we carry — and treat them as information, not noise.

Rather than only talking through what hurts, we slow down and feel where it lives. The nervous system softens. What felt stuck begins to move.

It is a practice of coming back — to sensation, to presence, to the nest already inside you.

How I work

Creativity as part of healing.

My background is in the performing arts, and it shapes how I work. Creativity isn't an add-on — it's a way back into the body. When we create, we move, and movement is where flow returns.

In one-to-one sessions we follow what your body is asking for: breath, sound, gentle movement, image-making, stillness. No experience with any of it is needed — only a willingness to notice.

Coming soon

The Journey — six weeks back to flow.

A guided six-week course that builds, week by week, from grounding to expression. Each week pairs a somatic practice with a small creative act, so the body learns a new ease and the mind learns to let it stay.

I made this journey for people in the middle of a big life transition — most often divorce and motherhood. When a marriage ends or a child arrives, the body is rearranged before the mind catches up: sleep, touch, routine, the way you hold yourself. This is a place to notice what's moving, settle the nervous system, and find your own footing again.

Three versions

The same six weeks, a different threshold.

Most of the people I work with are crossing one of two thresholds: the end of a relationship, or the beginning of motherhood. Every version follows the same arc — what changes is the passage your body is moving through. Choose the one that sounds like where you are.

  • Six weeks of guided somatic + creative practice
  • Move at your own pace, in your own space
  • Live calls and a small, held group

Portrait of Liz Masucci

I've always had a deep longing for connection and depth, for more than what meets the eye.

For over twenty years, I have worked as an actor in New York City, with credits spanning major network television shows, feature films, and theater. I starred as a series lead in a drama produced by Ed Burns and executive produced by Steven Spielberg, collaborated with Academy Award–winning director Steve McQueen, and most recently produced and starred in the independent feature Smile...The Worst Is Yet to Come, premiering in NYC in January 2026.

Alongside my career in the arts, I've always been deeply curious about people—their stories, their inner landscapes, and the ways we move through life. That curiosity led me to train in somatic practices and body-based coaching, where I help clients cultivate awareness, ease anxiety, and find clarity by tuning into the wisdom of the body.

I started a practice dedicated to somatics and embodiment coaching. My work supports clients in shifting from mind-centered problem-solving into body-centered exploration, opening the door to new insights, goals, and possibilities for living a harmonious and thriving life.

Today, I continue to balance my passion for performance with my dedication to guiding others—producing, acting, and creating stories on screen and stage while helping clients transform their own narratives through somatic awareness and embodiment.

How can we support each other as we navigate this one precious life?
